As mentioned in some of the reviews, you do have to do a bit more but obviously the savings are worth it. We have used Todd to sell 2 homes, one lake home that sold on 2nd day listed and most recently our home in The Hollows which sold to first showing. Todd actually got more than the listing price even though I agreed to sell it at listed price. It was a great surprise! Say no to the archaic, outdated and overpriced 6% commission and say hello to Todd Hower!
