Todd Hower and his company are by far the most professional, organized and put together realty business I have EVER used. I have completed 6 real estate transactions with 6 separate companies and realtors to date and this was by far my best experience.
Throughout the entire sale of my home Todd was responsive and always there with advice and counsel that can only come from an experienced professional. I always felt like I was his only customer and his rates and recommendations ensured that my bottom line was of utmost importance.
Any trepidations you may have about his method are quickly put to rest from the moment you meet him and sit through his presentation. ALL your questions will be answered and it is a meeting you most certainly want to setup if you are planning on selling your home in the Austin area.
I was genuinely shocked at how little I was needed in this process compared to my experience with previous realtors. I was so used to moving the ball forward myself that I was shocked when Todd already had everything taken care of or planned out.
I am seriously struggling to enumerate all the ways in which he made this a positive and exciting moment. My only worry is that Todd has set the bar too high for my future realtor and what I have come to expect from them. I wish I could give a 100 star review, but 5 will have to do!

We interviewed several agents when we got ready to list our
house – a couple of non-traditional lower-cost brokers, and
several agents working for traditional big-name Austin brokers,
including one who had sold a house down the street from us, and
a team that is part of an exclusive group of agents working only in
the $1M+ market.Todd outclassed them all – he had pages of third-party data to
demonstrate that even Realtors rely on web pages to screen
properties for showing to buyers, which means that the principal
value from a listing agent comes in negotiating offers. And in that
area, Todd has much more experience than most traditional
agents/brokers; by limiting his business to sellers, he can
personally handle many more transactions annually than agents
who do both sales and purchases, simply because working with
buyers is so time-consuming.Todd’s process is well-defined, and he knows exactly where to
spend money to get the best result – he connected us to a staging
service company and a photo/video specialist that presented our
house in the best possible light. (I had a buyer’s agent call to
schedule a showing only fifteen minutes after our listing went live
on the MLS!) After more than 15 showings in the first three days
on the market, Todd expertly managed competition among the six
offers we received, with five buyers competing in the “final” round
of offers. He helped us carefully compare the pros and cons of all
the offers, and then shepherded us – along with the buyers and
their agent! – through the inspection and walk-through periods, all
the way to an uneventful closing.With Todd’s expertise, our house was under contract after only
five days on the market, for a price exceeding what was an
aggressive listing price.And to top it all off, Todd is an expert at client service – he knows
how to calm anxieties, how to explain his thinking and advice, and
