I’m a big fan of the service that Todd offers. Essentially you have to do small bit more up front (pay your own photographer for instance to get professional looking photos) but for your small trouble you will take home a lot more money while selling for the same price. I saved over $14K in realtor commissions for example on a $719K sale. This works out to the same as if I had sold the house for $733K when you look at what I took home.
Now that we are in to a falling home market his service is even more valuable allowing you to be more price competitive while keeping more money. There was no difference in the quality and support during the sales and negotiation procedure.
