The flat listing fee is $9,000 and is paid at closing, regardless of the final sale price of the home. Sellers also pay a $750 Listing Launch Fee upfront, which covers listing preparation, MLS setup, compliance, and coordination of professional marketing assets.

This structure is designed for sellers who want experienced, full-service representation without tying the listing-side fee to the price of the home.

The level of service does not change based on the value of the property. The focus remains on pricing strategy, negotiation, communication, marketing coordination, and transaction management from listing through closing.
