I initially found Todd when looking through nearby homes that had gone pending in a short amount of time, and we interviewed 4 agents before we madd our choice. We used him to sell our home in Canyon Creek and it's been an incredibly happy with our experience. He was right on the money in terms of his cma, and positioned our home well to the buyers looking for a hone like ours.
