Essentially you have to do small bit more up front (pay your own photographer for instance to get professional looking photos) but for your small trouble you will take home a lot more money while selling for the same price. I saved over $14K in realtor commissions for example on a $719K sale. This works out to the same as if I had sold the house for $733K when you look at what I tool home. Now that we are in to a falling home market his service is even more valuable allowing you to be more price competitive while keeping more money. Samuel Smith4 May 2022We bought our home in Dec 2018 for $360,000. Both real estate agents earned a 3% commission, so $10,800 each. Fast forward to April 2022, and we just sold our home for $815,000. This time the buyers' agent got a 3% commission of $24,450. That commission is 126% more than three years earlier, for doing the exact same work as in 2018. Real estate agents are indeed helpful in selling a house, but they don't deserve a 42% raise per year, and Todd is one of the few agents out there willing to acknowledge this truth and do something about it. Todd charged us a flat fee of around $7k to sell the house, which means we saved $17,450 compared to a 3% commission-based realtor. We listed on a Thursday and had 39 showings and 11 offers by Sunday afternoon. Todd was with us every step of the way and made the process a breeze. In the current Austin white-hot market, your house is going to sell. Don't make the mistake of paying $17k more than you need in commissions.Posted on Google

I contacted Todd, we met and I saw a very professional person, very well prepared (with a slide show), huge knowledge on the market and the selling process.
